Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Pink Link, an adults-only service for social discovery, mutual connections and private messaging provided by Ucliss Multi Services. By creating an account, you agree to these terms and the Community Guidelines.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter this agreement and permitted to use the service where you live. Provide truthful information, use your own identity and recent photos, maintain one personal account, and protect access to your phone and account. We may ask for additional age or identity information when reasonably required for safety.

Purpose and prohibited transactions

Pink Link supports genuine friendship, conversation, activities, dating, long-term relationships and networking. The service is not an escort marketplace and may not be used to buy, sell, advertise or arrange prostitution, paid sexual services, exploitation or human trafficking. The name Pink Link does not mean that payment, gifts or sexual activity is expected or permitted.

Optional Vedic Match

Vedic Match provides an optional traditional astrology-based compatibility interpretation using a symmetric adaptation of the eight Ashtakoota factors. Results are for personal insight and entertainment. They are not scientific, medical, psychological, legal or professional advice and do not predict or guarantee compatibility, consent, safety, marriage or relationship success. Do not use a score as a substitute for judgment, communication or safe-meeting practices.

Member conduct and content

You remain responsible for the profiles, photographs, messages and reports you submit. Do not upload illegal, explicit, exploitative, deceptive, infringing, hateful, threatening or non-consensual content. You grant Pink Link a limited licence to host, process, moderate and display your content only as needed to operate and protect the service. You retain ownership of your content.

Safety and moderation

Use in-app report and block controls when needed. We may review reported material, reject profile photos, remove content, limit features, suspend or ban accounts, preserve lawful evidence and cooperate with authorities. Moderation reduces risk but cannot guarantee the identity, intentions or conduct of every member. Use judgment before meeting anyone and meet in a safe public place.

Free access and Gold subscriptions

Sending and accepting connection requests is free. A Free member can open one previously unused accepted chat during each rolling 24-hour period. Every established chat remains free to reopen and continue, including text messages, private photo messages, reactions and video calls. Pink Link Gold removes only the new-chat opening limit while the subscription is active; it does not buy another member’s attention, acceptance or consent.

Our United States reference prices are USD $3.30 per month or USD $34.80 charged upfront once per year, which is equivalent to USD $2.90 per month. Google Play shows and controls the final local price, currency, taxes, billing period, eligibility and any offer before you confirm a purchase. The annual amount is one yearly charge, not a monthly charge. Prices may differ by country and may change prospectively with the notice or consent required by Google Play and applicable law.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period unless cancelled in Google Play before renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally preserves Gold until the paid period ends. Billing grace periods, account holds, pauses, restoration, refunds and disputes follow Google Play terms and applicable law. You can restore a qualifying purchase in the app and manage or cancel it through Google Play. We do not promise a free trial unless Google Play explicitly displays one before purchase.

Ending an account

You may remove your optional Vedic Match profile independently, deactivate your Pink Link account, or permanently delete the account in the app. You can also use our web deletion process. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create safety, legal or service risk. Limited information may be retained when required for safety, fraud prevention, disputes or law.

Service availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features can change and temporary interruptions may occur. To the extent permitted by law, Pink Link is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses or for conduct between members outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that law does not allow us to exclude.
