Safety and moderation
Use the clearly labelled Report and Block actions in the app whenever possible. This preserves the account and conversation details moderators need. For urgent danger, contact local emergency services.
Account and technical support
Describe the screen, the exact error, device model and approximate time. Never send an SMS verification code, password, purchase token or full payment information.
Billing
Google Play manages Pink Link Gold prices, charges, renewals, payment methods, cancellations and refunds. Open Google Play Store, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Gold normally remains available through the paid period. You can also use Restore purchases in Pink Link after reinstalling or changing devices.
If Gold does not update after a successful purchase or restore, send support the Google Play order number, the approximate purchase time and the Pink Link account involved. Never send a purchase token, SMS code, password or payment-card details.
