Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Pink Link account in the app or request deletion without reinstalling the app.
Delete in the app
- Sign in and open Profile.
- Open Account controls.
- Type DELETE, confirm that deletion cannot be undone, and tap Permanently delete account.
This begins deletion of the account, profile, private and public photos, optional Vedic Match profile, connections, conversations, notifications and associated service data.
Request deletion on the web
If you cannot access the app, email us from a contact method associated with your account. Include the phone number in international format and the profile display name. We will verify account ownership before deletion. Never send an SMS verification code, password or payment information.
What may be retained
Active account data is removed when the verified deletion process completes. Residual encrypted backups may persist for a limited restoration cycle. Limited records can be retained when reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, safety, dispute resolution or a legal obligation, and are restricted from ordinary product use.
Deactivate instead
Deactivation hides your profile and pauses activity but preserves the account so you can return. It is available from the same Account controls screen.
